Hillier uPVC Systems
Having worked as a time-served carpenter & joiner, Philip Hillier set up his own company, "Philip Hillier Double Glazing" in 1984, installing uPVC double-glazed windows, doors, patio doors and conservatories - all manufactured from the finest quality uPVC.
In 1990, the company expanded into the distribution of maintenance-free uPVC, supplied from 5,000 sq ft premises in Two Locks Road, Cwmbran; where Cwmbran Plastics was established to supply uPVC DIY and Trade products, which include cladding, fascias, soffits and rainwater systems.
Due to the success of Cwmbran Plastics, Gloucester uPVC Centre was opened in 1996, to supply uPVC products to DIY and trade in and around Gloucester and the Forest of Dean.
Following the increase in demand for conservatories, Mr Hillier set up a uPVC frame manufacturing department to improve self-sufficiency and provide a complete in-house product.
We now offer a service which starts with a site visit and consultation, conservatory planning and design, all groundworks, uPVC frame and glass manufacturing, right down to the installation of uPVC window & door frames and roof. All of which are completed by our teams of time-served carpenters, who always work to the high standards demanded by Mr Hillier.
As an established company, we have built our reputation on 25 years of quality, choice, service and value for money. Controlled expansion has meant the company has stood the test of time and is now one of the longest established window companies in the area.
